l Introduction
The Keezhik Lake property consists of a large single block of 336 units in 24 claims. The property is located approximately 120 km east-northeast of Pickle Lake, Ontario and approximately 45 km west-northwest of Fort Hope, Ontario. Refer to Figure1 and 2. Access is via air from Pickle Lake and Fort Hope. A resort lodge (Miminiska Lodge) with a grass airstrip is located on the north shore of Miminiska Lake.
This report presents the results of a diamond drill conducted on the property during the spring of 2004. A total of five, NQ size, drill holes, totaling 1,068 meters, were drilled from 1-29 June, 2004. Refer to Figure 3 east and Figure 3 west.
A total of 286 cut core samples were submitted to Accurassay Assay Ltd in Thunder Bay for analysis. An additional 15 standard samples were analyzed for quality control.
2 Property Geology
This section is extracted from a summary report prepared by MPH Consulting in September 2002, author unknown. Refer to Figure 4.
The "property is underlain mainly by mafic volcanics with numerous interbedded iron formations."
"Proximal felsic pyroclastics comprising well bedded felsic ash tuffs interbedded with minor lapilli and crystal tuff, agglomerate and metasediments including biotite-zone argillites, outcrop on small islands in Keezhik Lake in the southeast portion of the property."
"Intruding volcanics in the southeastern extremity of the property is a major, circular feldspar porphyry stock that hosts the KL-12 gold zone located on adjoining claims. The feldspar porphyry is pink-buff to pale green, fine to medium grained, and weakly to moderately foliated."
"In terms of alteration and mineralization, previous drilling has established the presence of gold on the property associated with bedded chert +I- pyrite, +I- quartz- tourmaline-carbonate veining (5.01 g/t Au over 0.8m, hole KL-35); and in banded iron formation (4.49 g/t Au over 1.5m, hole KL-31). Mafic volcanics with shearing and/or carbonate-quartz veining also have anomalous Au (2.40 g/t over 0.8m, hole KL-35) in the southwest portion of the present property."
3 Previous Work

4 Current Work
A diamond drill program of five holes was completed by Bradley Brothers Diamond Drilling, Rouyn and Timmins, under the supervision of the author during the period l to 29 June 2004. The work was conducted from a basecamp located on the East Bay of Miminiska Lake, approximately 4 km east of Miminiska Lodge.
Refer to Table l for parameters of these drill holes. Table 2 shows the number of core samples and standards. A blind standard, one of three (OXD27: 0.416 gpt Au, OXD33: 7.378 gpt Au and JH13: 1.315 gpt), was randomly inserted every 20 samples. Drill logs and analytical certificates are included in Appendices A and B. Drill sections are shown in Figures 5 to 9 inclusive.

5 Results
Drilling in the Keezhik Lake area returned significant results in four of the holes completed. Hole S04-08 returned values of 1.147 gpt over 1.6 m and 5.640 gpt over 1.5 m. from two separate chloritic shears host by quartz porphyry. Holes S04-09, S04-10 and S04-12 returned values > l .0 gpt. Refer to Table 3 below.
Drill hole S04-08, drilled on the east end of the property, tested a soil geochemistry anomaly on the west side of an inferred north trending regional shear. Hole S04-09 tested a soil anomaly on the east side of the same shear approximately 600 meters north of hole S04-08. This shear passes through an area of known mineralization (KL-12) located approximately 400 meters north of hole S04-09. Both holes, 08 and 09, intersected variably altered quartz porphyry the entire length of the holes.
Hole S04-10, tested the NBK Zone on the west end of the property. Anomalous values had been returned from earlier work, soil geochemistry and grab samples. The hole intersected a sequence of mafic volcanics with interbedded iron formation (qtz-py- mag-chl), 0.7 meters thick, crosscut by a quartz-feldspar porphyry. A second iron formation near the bottom of the hole returned low values.
Hole S04-11, drilled in the north central portion of the property tested adjacent soil anomalies. The hole encountered quartz-eye porphyry through the entire length of the hole, except for a narrow, 3.3 m, interval of mafic volcanics near the center of the hole. Only trace values were encountered.
Hole S04-12, was drilled in the southwest portion of the property to evaluate a soil anomaly located near the baseline. The hole encountered a sequence of mafic volcanics and iron formation cut by a 28.5-meter interval of quartz porphyry. The gold value, l .28 gpt over 0.9 meters, occurs at the upper contact of the iron formation and the quartz porphyry.

6 Conclusions
The areas tested by the current drill program encountered significant values in chloritic shears in quartz porphyry (S04-08), sericitic intervals in quartz porphyry (S04- 09) and banded iron formation hosted by mafic volcanics (S05-10 and S04-12).
The circular quartz-feldspar porphyry tested by holes 08 and 09 is anomalous in gold and requires further evaluation and testing. This porphyry unit hosts the KL-12 zone on an adjoining property where earlier drilling returned significant results, as high as 47.7 gpt over 0.6 meters.
Drilling in the west and central portions of the property encountered gold values in mafic volcanic hosted iron formations crosscut by quartz porphyry intrusions.
7 Recommendations
The following recommendations are presented:1- Conduct detailed soil and rock geochemistry surveys over the
felsic intrusive tested by holes 08 and 09.2- Extend these surveys to the west to the shore of the lake.3- Conduct additional soil and rock surveys over the felsic
intrusives in the west and central portions of the property.
4- Conduct IP surveys over the west and central portions of the properties on newly established lines that would be perpendicular to the strike.
5- Complete additional holes in the area of holes 08 and 09 to continue the evaluation of the north trending shear.
6- Drill test any anomalous from 1-4 above.7- Acquisition of the adjoining property, hosting the KL-12 zone,
subsequent to favourable results from the above programs.
