4 ounces cream cheese, softened1/4 cup sour cream2 Tbsp cucumber, chopped �ne and patted dry2 Tbsp green onion, chopped �ne2 Tbsp cup radish, �nely chopped2 Tbsp green pepper, chopped �ne1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash® Original Herb SeasoningCayenne pepper to taste

3 celery stalks, cut into sticks2 medium carrots, cut into sticks1 cucumber, sliced1 medium green bell pepper, sliced1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

1. Cut up celery, carrot, red and green peppers and cucumber for serving. 2. From the slices, dice enough cucumber, green onion, radish and green pepper to make 2 Tbsp.3. In a large mixing bowl, place cream cheese, sour cream, 2 Tbsp chopped cucumber, 2 Tbsp chopped green onion, chopped radishes, green pepper and Mrs. Dash.4. Add cayenne pepper to taste. 5. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed, or by hand until well blended.6. Place vegetables on a serving tray or scoop a serving size amount of dip in a cup and stand vegetables up for an easy single serve appetizer.

Makes 10 servings with 2 tablespoons of dip and two or three pieces of each vegetable.

Things to Remember If You Must Evacuate

Put on your purple wrist band.

Take all medications and a list of prescriptions.

Bring your 3-day disaster diet foods.

Tell your emergency contact person and dialysis center about your plans to evacuate.

Contact your dialysis provider to arrange alternative treatments if possible.
