WELCOME to the Museum of Outdoor Arts (MOA).zThis map leads you through our trove of artful treasures installed in places open to the public and free of charge. Lend your ear to our audio tour for details about artworks exhibited indoors or in MOA’s outdoor galleries without walls.zMOA sculpture gardens
cultivate a sense of wonder and whimsy, an appreciation of the mysterious and a playful spirit of collective creativity. We hope you’ll return each season to enjoy sculpture enhanced by Mother Nature’s flowers in spring and summer, colorful leaves in fall, or the artistry of Jack Frost in colder months. On a windy day, you’ll see MOA’s kinetic sculptures at their best.zEnjoy your tour of the Museum of Outdoor Arts: where nature and the humanities merge. May this map help you find the art, and may the art help you find your way.z – Cynthia Madden Leitner, MOA Founder and Executive Director& the Museum of Outdoor Arts Staff

FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE zMOA’s performing arts venue with a capacity of 17,500 opens the 2014 concert series with a fresh look following a multi-million-dollar renovation. Upgrades to our amphitheatre include North America’s largest green wall — a living mural of 35,000 plants. Improved sound systems enhance concerts. Reconfigured buildings reveal inspiring vistas of Colorado’s Front Range
and spectacular sunsets. And MOA’s deepened commitment to sustainability and eco-justice deepen the “green” in Fiddler’s Green. Originally built in 1982 as an Earth sculpture, Fiddler’s Green was named after a mythical place in Celtic lore. Over the decades, our amphitheatre has staged scores of shows ranging from Bob Dylan to the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. Come join our jam! z

Notice the beautiful. Support the imaginative. Celebrate the artful. Every day.
“May this map help you find the art, and may the art
help you find your way.”z
CARTOGRAPHERS’ BONUS KEY: This map draws influence from collages by Nick Bantock, the internationally acclaimed artist who created the Griffin and Sabine trilogy. MOA exhibited Bantock’s expan-sive retrospective in 2010. To find one of Bantock’s mixed-media works, turn this map over and go to MOA’s indoor galleries at Englewood Civic Center.
