Fold the lower right and left edges to

the crease line in the middle.

Divide height of white triangle into 3

equal sections. Bring bottom tip up tothe one-third point. Fold and unfold.

Precrease and form reverse folds left

and right.

For best effects, use tissue foil of at least

12” square.Fold and unfold.

Precrease and formreverse folds on 2more layers on bothsides. There should befour layers of folds oneither side.

Reverse fold andbring arms up.

Narrow the two tinyarms.

Fold up to point athalf height of thetriangle.

Narrow the tail.Shorten the body.

Pull down and flatten theoctagon, The resulting folds

will be used to form thefangs of the upper jaw.

Crimp to form neck andhead. Mountain fold alongcentral line.

Tuck in neck and tummy.Outside reverse fold legs.Shape lower jaw into a bowl.

Finally, mold the T. rex into shape.

The T. rex is almost complete. Therest of the steps can be left to thefolder’s imagination.

Utilise the folds at theupper jaw to formtwo fangs on eachside. Form two crimpfolds on each side of the lower jaw tosimulate fangs

T. rex has tiny arms.Tuck in the tips of thearms and form twoclaws at each arm.To form the claws of the legs,

spread out the folds at the tipof each leg. Fold tip back slightlyand make a M-shaped fold atthis edge. Narrow the legs byfolding in the other edges.
