The present Operation manual (OM) extends on an Electrostimulator non-invasive analgetic with internal and remote electrodes portable for stimulation of biologically active zones (BAZ) and biologically active points (BAP), for auricular diagnostics and diagnostics On Voll method DiaDens-PC.

The operation manual includes Characteristics sheet and the Instruction on application.

PART 1 CHARACTERISTICS SHEET

1. PURPOSE

Device " DiaDens-PC" is used for electrostimulation of biologically active points and zones (BAP and BAZ), for auricular diagnostics and diagnostics mini auricular diagnostics and

diagnostics On Voll method. The device is with internal and remote electrodes.

Device "DiaDens-PC" is intended for individual application in treatment-and-prophylactic establishments and in a conditions of life according to instructions of the attending physician as is independent, and in a complex with a personal computer. The personal computer is applied to accumulation and a data storage of diagnostics.

2. CHARACTERISTICS

2.11 The device will automatically be switched off not later than in 10 minutes after last pressing one of buttons (except for button " Выкл-OFF ") or after last touching of electrodes to a surface of an skin of the patient.

4. SAFETY RULES

Closely read the information containing in the given operation manual in which the important information contains, concerning your safety, and also the recommendation on correct use and care of the device.

1. The device does not danger to the patient in view of use of an internal source of a current of a low voltage. At connection of the device to a personal computer it also does not represent danger to the patient as for connection the cable specially developed for good safety is used.

2. The device cannot be used for treatment and diagnostics of the patients having implanted electronic devices (for example, cardio stimulator) and for treatment of patients with individual intolerance of an electric current.

3. During stimulation it is not allowed to connect the patient to any high-frequency electric device, except for a personal computer through the special cable entering into the complete set of delivery of the device.

4. During stimulation or diagnostics at the device connected to a computer it is not allowed to touch simultaneously the patient and the case of a computer.

5. The warning of potentially dangerous factors:

• Simultaneous use by the patient of the device and other electric equipment (except for the personal computer connected through a special cable) can lead to burns and to possible damage of the device; • Work close (on distance approximately 1 meter) short-wave or microwave terapevtic

equipment may cause instability output parameters of the device.

5. THE DEVICE

5.1. The Device consists of the case 1 (pic.1) with build-in electrodes 13 (pic. 2); covers 14 (pic. 2) for replacements of the power supply.

The complete set of delivery of device "DiaDens-PC" includes:

• A remote dot therapeutic electrode (pic. 1.1). • A diagnostic electrode (pic. 1.2).

Besides it is possible to connect other remote therapeutic electrodes to the device modeling of same manufacturer.

Attention! The remote therapeutic electrode can be used only in a mode "ТЕРАПИЯ-THERAPY".

Before application of a remote electrode, in the field of influence it is necessary to moisten a skin water or to process a cream «Malavtivin» by drawing its insignificant quantity up to full soak up.

5.2 The device is equipped LCD - by the liquid crystal display «2» (pic.1). 5.3 The device has following controls (pic.1):

6. MAINTENANCE SERVICE

6.1. Daily maintenance service should contain following operations:

• External survey of the device; • Disinfection.

For cleaning electrodes use standard means of disinfection (for example, 70 % a solution of alcogol) and soft napkins without pile.

6.2 Check of functioning of the device is made according to the instructions in part « Operating modes of the device ». 6.3 If it is supposed to not use the device for a long time, it is necessary to take the power supply from battery compartment 14 (pic. 2). 6.4 At reception of the message « СМЕНИТЕ БАТАРЕЮ--REPLACE the BATTERY » it is necessary to replace the power supply.

9. RECYCLING

All packing materials do not render harmful influence on an environment, they can be used repeatedly.

Separate gathering of the electric and electronic equipment.

The old device is not absolutely unnecessary dust! It contains valuable materials which can be again used at recycling in view of requirements of preservation of the environment. Hand over them in specially intended places (consult in corresponding services of your area) for their gathering and processing.

10. MANUFACTURER'S GUARANTEES

10.1. The Manufacturer guarantees the device meet to requirements of specifications 9444-002-35266303-2005 at observance of conditions operation, transportations and storages. 10.2. Service life of the device-5 years. At observance of service regulations service life can exceed considerably officially established. 10.3. The Warranty period of operation of the device - 12 Months from the date of sale. A warranty period for the power supply gives its manufacturer. 10.4. The Seller (manufacturer) or organization carrying out functions of the seller (manufacturer) on the basis of distributor agreement is not responsible for lacks, If they have arisen after transfer of the device owing to consumer:

1) Infringements by the consumer of rules of transportation, storage, care and the operation stipulated by the present operating manual;

2) Actions of the third parties; 3) Actions of force majeure.

10.5 Guarantee certificates do not extend on products with the broken factory seals.

10.6 In default products or its malfunctions during action of guarantee certificates, and also detection of shortage, the owner of a product should direct to address of manufacturer or its representative the application for repair (replacement) with the indication of a surname, a name, a patronymic, the address, a phone number, the brief description of malfunction, date and conditions of its display.

PART 2 INSTRUCTION ON APPLICATION

1. GENERAL

Use of reflex zones and points for preventive maintenance, treatments and restoration of functions of an organism is one of the most ancient both effective ways fisio- and reflexotherapies.

2. CONDITIONS OF CARRYING OUT OF TREATMENT

For carrying out DENS of special conditions it is not required. The room for electrotherapy should be dry, clean and light. During electrotherapy the patient can sit or lay in position convenient for it. After a session rest within 10-15 minutes is recommended to the patient.

During carrying out of procedure it is necessary to hold an electrostimulator in one hand and it is easy to manipulate it. Electrodes of the device at carrying out of procedure always should touch a surface of a skin of the patient. After each procedure electrodes of the device are processed by a standard disinfectant solution (for example, 70 % alcohol). To store devices it is necessary with dry electrodes.

3. INTENSITY OF ELECTROSTIMULATION

Definition of intensity dynamic electroneurostimulation is carried out individually on the basis of subjective sensations of the patient.

Intensity of electrostimulation is conditionally subdivided into three power ranges: minimal, comfortable and maximal.

The first, minimal power range (on a threshold of sensations) - corresponds to influence of weak intensity at which the patient or does not feels any subjective sensations, or feels easy vibration. It is used at work with children of early and preschool age and elderly patients.

The second, comfortable power range (above a threshold of sensations, not reaching a threshold of a pain) - corresponds to influence of average intensity at which the patient feels vibration, pleasant prick or easy burning, but without a pain. It is used as the basic range of power influence.

The third, maximal power range (sensations on a threshold of a pain) - corresponds to influence of high intensity at which the patient feel painful prick or burning. Such intensity of influence can be accompanied by involuntary reduction of muscles near to the installed electrode (miostimulated effect). It is applied at work only in a mode "ТЕРАПИЯ-THERAPY" at the expressed painful syndrome at teenagers and adults, at rendering the first urgent help.

It is not recommended to spend electro pulse influence on intolerable the patient energetic range. At stages of treatment the level of capacity of electrostimulation can increase and decrease, depending on change of a degree of sensitivity of the patient and in process of liquidation of a painful syndrome.

4. WAYS OF INFLUENCE

Dynamic electroneurostimulation it is spent by three ways: stable, labile and labile-stable.

The stable way of influence (motionless position of electrodes) is used at influence on small zones on the area. At a labile way of influence the built in electrodes of a stimulator move on a zone of influence smoothly, without separation from a surface of a body with a speed from 0,5 up to 2-3 sm/sec. Movement carry out rectilinear, helicoid, circular and other movements, depending on the sizes and the form (relief) of a processable site.

At a labile way of influence the delay (stabilization) of the built in electrodes, for example, on zones of a pain is supposed. Thus, the labile-stable way of influence is realized.

The degree of pressure of the device on a skin is defined subjective by sensation of the patient.

5.1.1 Mode "ТЕСТ-TEST"

The mode "ТЕСТ-TEST" is intended for an estimation of a functional condition of bodies and systems of an organism by search of zones in which electric resistance of a skin sharply differs from the next sites (latent trigger zones), and also intended for processing sites of the skin symmetric to a projection of the complaint (a principle of symmetry).

Attention! mode "ТЕСТ-TEST" only fot latent trigger zones searching , not for make the diagnosis of disease.

Power range of influence: minimal or comfortable. Mode of work - stable (electrodes are rearranged after receiving of a sound signal).

The mode "ТЕСТ-TEST" works only on ЧАСТОТА-FREQUENCY of 10 Hz. Only the built in electrodes ARE USED .

Switch on the device. For switching on press button " Вкл-ON ". The musical fragment will sound and on the screen there will be a prompt with the information on the manufacturer (20 sec.).

After end of prompt the device passes in a condition "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION".

For the urgent termination of prompt it is necessary to press and keep any of buttons (except for «Выкл-OFF») before occurrence on the display of a condition "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION". Establish the program «МЕД-MED». For this purpose press button " ЧАСТОТА-FREQUENCY " «-» before occurrence on screen " МЕД-MED ".

Establish electrodes of the device on the chosen zone of a skin (Section 6).

Establish capacity of influence.

Attention! The Control over increase in CAPACITY is carried out subjectively on sensations of the patient at contact of electrodes to a surface of a skin. It is not necessary to exceed a threshold of painful sensitivity.

At switching on of the device value of capacity is equal to zero.

For increase capacity of influence it is necessary to press and keep button «МОЩНОСТЬ-CAPACITY«+». Thus capacity will smoothly increase in a direction from 0 up to 99 standard units. On the screen change of capacity in a direction from Р00 up to Р99, for example, Р35 is displayed.

For reduction of capacity of influence it is necessary to press and keep button “МОЩНОСТЬ-CAPACITY” «-». Thus capacity will smoothly decrease from 99 up to 0. On the screen change of capacity in a direction from Р99 up to Р00 is displayed. Attention! During work of the device in a mode "ТЕСТ-TEST" electrodes on a skin of the patient should be installed on a way "stably", i.e. move electrodes of the device directly

during its work in a mode "ТЕСТ-TEST" it is not allowed.

After an setting up of capacity of influence the message

"ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION" will be replaced by the message on the beginning of a mode "ТЕСТ-TEST". At stabilization of skin resistance in under electrod zone the device will make a sound signal and in the top line of the screen for some seconds time of testing influence will be fixed.

In a mode "ТЕСТ-TEST" it is not necessary to wait the terminations of work of a mode if time is more than one minute, it is necessary to rearrange electrodes on the next site and to regard the given zone as latent trigger , and then to pass to processing a following zone. Write down the received values of time of testing influence for revealing latent trigger zones.

Those zones, values "ТЕСТ-TEST" in which essentially differ from the basic file of numbers, both aside increases, and aside reduction, and will be latent trigger zones. These zones are necessary for processing in a mode "ТЕРАПИЯ-THERAPY" within 1-5 minutes on ЧАСТОТА-FREQUENCY of 60 or 77 Hz.

For this purpose press button " ЧАСТОТА-FREQUENCY " «+» before occurrence on the screen of value F60 or F77 and process zones at the second (comfortable) power level.

5.1.2. A mode "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING"

The mode "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING" is a fast estimation of a condition of a zone before Dens-TREATMENT. The mode "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING" is intended for fast search of latent trigger zones. One measurement of superficial resistance of a skin occurs within first five seconds.

Attention! mode "ТЕСТ-TEST" only fot latent trigger zones searching , not for make the diagnosis of disease.

Power range of influence: minimal or comfortable. Mode of work - stable (electrodes are rearranged after reception of a sound signal).

The mode "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING" works on ЧАСТОТА-FREQUENCY of 10 Hz. At work the built in electrodes are used only. switch on the device.

For switching on press button " Вкл-ON ". The musical fragment will sound and on the screen there will be a prompt with the information on the manufacturer (20 sec.). After end of prompt the device passes in a condition "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION".

For the urgent termination of prompt it is necessary to press and keep any of buttons (except for «Выкл-OFF») before occurrence on the display

of a condition "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION". switch on a mode "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING".

For this purpose press button " ЧАСТОТА-FREQUENCY " «-» before occurrence in the first line of the screen of the message "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING".

Establish electrodes of the device on the chosen zone of a skin (Section 6).

Establish capacity of influence.

On the screen change of capacity in a direction from Р99 up to Р00 is displayed. Attention! During work of the device in a mode "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING" electrodes on a skin of the patient should be installed on a way "stably", i.e. move electrodes of the device directly during its work in a mode "СКРИНИНГ-SCREENING" it is

impossible.

At detection by the device of contact of electrodes with a surface of a skin the message "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION" will be replaced by indication of a stable interval of time - 5 seconds during which change of a condition of trigger zones in reply to an impulse sent by the device is defined. After setting up capacity of influence the message "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION" will be replaced by the message on beginning I of a phase of the program «МЕД-MED» - a mode "ТЕСТ-TEST". At stabilization of skin resistance in under electrod to a zone the device will make a sound signal and in top term of the screen for some seconds time of testing influence will be fixed.

Then the second phase «МЕД-MED» - continuous stimulation within 5 minutes will begin - there will be a message "ТЕРАПИЯ-THERAPY", and will reckon time of duration of minimally effective doze of hardware influence. Upon termination of 5 minutes the sound signal about the

5.5 Mode «ФОЛЛЬ-VOLL»

The mode «ФОЛЛЬ-VOLL» is based on a method developed by R.Follem. Method VOLL is a method of electropunctur diagnostics on power channels for an estimation of a functional condition of all internal bodies of the person. The method also is intended for testing and selection of medicamentous, homeopathist preparations and biologically-active additives for each concrete patient.

Attention! The mode is intended for an estimation of a functional condition of internal bodies and systems, instead of for an establishment of the diagnosis of disease. We can speak about conditions when function is lowered, normal or is increased.

Researches by method VOLL can be made in several ways:

1. The express train-estimation of a functional condition on trailer points of meridians (there is enough for carrying out of diagnostics in house conditions) (the Appendix 1, fig. 1, 2);

2. Estimation of a functional condition on control and other points of meridians *; 3. Medicamentous testing.

* Techniques of diagnostics on control and other points of channels are in detail described in the literature on the given subjects. The given techniques regarding work with the device do not differ from the express train-estimation, indicated below, but demand serious theoretical and practical preparation from the operator-doctor spending diagnostics, and in the given instruction are not considered.

Preparation for diagnostics.

For two days to the patient to whom carrying out of diagnostics is planned, recommend to not apply toning up preparations, drinks and means. In day of carrying out of diagnostics to the patient do not recommend two hours prior to inspection to drink coffee and tea, and also to eat. Directly ahead of inspection it is desirable, that the patient has sat in quiet conditions and has relaxed within approximately 15 minutes.

Before a session remove the devices generating high frequency electromagnetic fields (a mobile phone, a pager, the MICROWAVE OVEN, the TV, an iron, etc.). It is necessary for patient to remove all jewelry, glasses, clock. The patient at inspection should be in convenient position sitting or laying.

Attention! During a session it is not allowed to touch the patient simultaneously with two hands.

Working part of an active dot electrode before each statement on a skin moisten with the wadded tampon moistened by a physiological solution (0,9 % NaCI).

Establish an active dot electrode in a projection of a point of measurement, gradually increasing pressure of Electrode before achievement of stable figures on the screen of the display.

Attention! In the points of measurement located on phalanxes of fingers of hands and foots, an active electrode Establish under a corner 45 to a surface of a skin.

The profound estimation of a condition - research with use of effect of falling of an arrow.

At detection of the maximal value, not tearing off an active electrode from a point of measurement and not changing force of pressure an electrode on a skin, press button " МОЩНОСТЬ-CAPACITY” «+». On the screen there will be a maximal value « MAX =... », and then the device makes two measurements with an interval in one second, showing a difference of current and maximal value of a current in view of a sign. Within 3-4 seconds data are kept on the screen.

Value enters the name in the special form (a diagnostic map) for carrying out of the analysis.

Then the device will return to an initial condition, will give out the message «ФОЛЛЬ-VOLL» - procedure of measurement can be repeated on a following point of measurement.

It is not recommended to spend gaugings in the same point more than three times successively since thus it is broken gemodinamic in this point, that leads to a distortion of parameters - they will not have any more any diagnostic value.

Medicamentous testing. The first measurement of parameters is spent without a medicine. Then in a contour of a passive diagnostic electrode the tested substance is located, and repeated measurement in the same points is spent.

Attention! Do not place researched samples inside of a passive electrode unpacked since to wash an electrode it is not recommended, and particles of the sample, remaining on a surface of an electrode, will distort values of futures measurements at diagnostics.

Comparing the received parameters, we can draw conclusions on how the tested substance influences state of health of researched meridians. If necessary we can continue testing with other substance.

The analysis of the received results. For the express train-diagnostics the norm makes approximately 50-65 units. Values over 65 units testify to hyperfunction or an inflammation; values below 50-30 units characterize gipofunction or a condition of a degeneration; below 20 units - a condition of an atrophy or full loss of function.

For the express train-diagnostics with use of effect of falling of an arrow the difference between maximal and the subsequent values should be no more than 5 units (irrespective of a sign on measurement), if the difference exceeds 5 units (irrespective of a sign on measurement), it speaks about activization of pathological processes in the bodies which are a part of the given meridian.

For medicamentous testing: if the received parameters for the researched sample are in value of norm (or approach value to a norm level ) for the given patient the tested substance will render optimum influence on an organism. If parameters strongly differ from average value the tested substance for the given patient is undesirable.

Establish the software from CD-disk on a personal computer (it is carried out only for the first time) according to the program operating manual «DiaDens-PC».

Connect the device to a computer through a cable entering into the complete set, as shown in figure. Connect electrodes to a socket on a cable. switch on the device. For switching on press button " Вкл-ON ". The musical fragment will sound and on the screen there will be a prompt with the information on the manufacturer (20 sec.). After end of prompt the device passes in a condition "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION".

5.6. Mode «БИОФОЛЛЬ-BIOVOLL»

Mode «БИОФОЛЛЬ-BIOVOLL» is the advanced updating of classical method VOLL. Distinctive feature of mode «БИОФОЛЛЬ-BIOVOLL» is that measurements are spent at individually picked up voltage of testing. The given improvement allows to consider individual electroresitant of the patient that causes reception of more exact results of diagnostics, in comparison with classical method VOLL.

Research is spent with selection of an individual voltage of testing for each patient. The method allows to estimate a functional condition of meridians, bodies and systems, to reveal a pathology at early stages, to select the optimal scheme of treatment and inspection. Carrying out repeated Diagnostics allows to estimate dynamics of the revealed infringements and efficiency of treatment.

The method also is intended for individual selection of biologically active substances, homeopathist preparations, medicines.

"BIOREPER" is a method functional electropunctur auricular (on an external ear) diagnostics. Research is spent on individual for each patient a testing voltage, i.e. in view of individual electroresistance of the person.

Attention! The mode is intended for an estimation of a functional condition of internal bodies and systems, instead of for an establishment of the diagnosis of disease. We can speak about conditions when function is lowered, normal or is increased.

High reliability is provided due to internals specific (presence of points which represent concrete bodies).

The method allows to reveal a pathology at a stage of "preillness", to select the optimal scheme of treatment and inspection, to estimate a functional condition of the struck bodies and systems in dynamics at carrying out of repeated testing. Owing to use of small currents (up to 15 mkA) in points of measurement there are no morphological changes.

Preparation for diagnostics.

For two days to the patient to whom it is planned to carry out diagnostics, recommend to not apply toning up preparations, drinks and other means. In day of carrying out of diagnostics to the patient do not recommend two hours prior to inspection to accept coffee and tea, and also to eat. Directly ahead of inspection it is desirable, that the patient has sat in quiet conditions and has relaxed within approximately 15 minutes.

Before a session remove the devices generating high-frequency electromagnetic fields (a mobile phone, a pager, the MICROWAVE OVEN, the TV, an iron, etc.). It is necessary for patient to remove off all jewelry, glasses, clocks. The patient at inspection should be in convenient position sitting or laying.

Attention! During a session it is impossible to touch the patient simultaneously with two hands.

Work in mode «БИОРЕППЕР-BIOREPER» independently.

Switch on the device.

For switching on press button " Вкл-ON ". The musical fragment will sound and on the screen there will be a prompt with the information on the manufacturer (20 sec.). After end of prompt the device passes in a condition "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION".

For the urgent termination of prompt it is necessary to press and keep any of buttons (except for «Выкл-OFF») before occurrence on the display of a condition "ОЖИДАНИЕ-EXPECTATION".

Press and keep button " МОЩНОСТЬ-CAPACITY” «+» - selection of a voltage of testing which values are displayed in the right bottom corner of the screen begins,

in the left bottom corner the size of a proceeding current, through point IN-TAN stands out.

In the top line of the screen there will be a value of a voltage of testing « UT = », in bottom - size of a proceeding current. It also will be an

individual voltage for the given patient on the given procedure. The device is ready to diagnostics.

Attention! If the current 10 mkA will not be reached the message « МАЛ ТОК -SMALL CURRENT » will be shown,it means, you have not

hit the nail IN-TAN, it is necessary to change position of an active electrode.

Diagnostics. The passive electrode holds in a palm on the side of a tested auricle. The active electrode is installed in a necessary point of measurement on an auricle (the Appendix 2, fig. 3) no more than 2-3 seconds on everyone. It is necessary, that pressings were uniform, identical, without sliding an electrode from a point. It is not recommended to spend gaugings in the same point more than two times successively, and also to spend gauging in one point more than 5 seconds.

Values of a current are specified in mkA in the bottom part of the screen, they should be written down in the special form (a diagnostic map) for carrying out of the analysis.

The analysis of the received results: After end of a session of diagnostics the received values are analyzed according to Table 6. On the basis of this information the conclusion which reflects a probable condition of

pathological process, character and a phase of disease is made out and forms a basis for formation of a compounding of hardware influence and therapeutic algorithm.

Work in a mode "БИОРЕПЕР-BIOREPER" with connection to a personal computer.

Establish the software from CD-disk on a computer (it is carried out only for the first time). Connect the device to a computer through a cable entering into the complete set. Connect diagnostic electrodes to a socket on a cable.

For an exit of the device in a mode "БИОРЕПЕР-BIOREPER" press button " Б ". Start the program on a computer. For the further carrying out of researches be guided by help system of the software. techniques and rules of carrying out of testing are stated in section « Work in a mode "БИОРЕПЕР- BIOREPER" independently.

5.8. A mode «МиниАС-MiniAC».

«МиниАС-MiniAC» - a mode for electropunctur diagnostics which is intended for revealing the pathological centers in a backbone on change of sizes of currents in a projective zone. This mode is similar to a mode "БИОРЕПЕР-BIOREPER". Definition of a voltage of testing occurs in a projection of point IN-TAN to the big finger of the left hand. Then on the back side of the left hand measurements of a current in projective zones of a backbone are spent. Presence of a pathology is defined on extreme values - small and big currents in a file meet to the pathological centers.

Attention! The mode is intended for the express train-estimation of a functional condition of internal bodies and systems, not for make the diagnosis of diseas.

6. RECOMMENDED ZONES AND POINTS OF INFLUENCE

6.1. A local zone of the center of defeat (a zone direct projections of the complaint of the patient)

One of the most simple and enough effective ways DENS are influence directly in the field of the detailed and localized zone of a pain, the center of defeat or a direct superficial (skin) projection of body with the broken function. The zone is processed in a mode "ТЕРАПИЯ-THERAPY" before reception of clinical effect. For example, at lumbalgy

6.2. Methamery-segmentary zones.

The arrangement and distribution spinal nervous roots, nerves, nervous textures and units of vegetative nervous system submits to the law methamery. Thus the device innervation and, accordingly, transfers of the information from any internal body and the certain skin zone (dermathomer) and back, serve one

Existing recommendations (Table ) allow to carry out DENS at complaints of the patient in a zone certain dermathomer (the Appendix 1, fig. 4, 5), that regulating an effect has in the field of a corresponding segment of a spinal cord and sympathetic ganglia and results in necessary therapeutic effect. Influence in the field of methamer -segmentary zones differs simplicity, efficiency and a scientific substantiation from positions of modern neurophysiology.

At detection of latent trigger zones (is (see lower), them process in a mode "THERAPY"--«ТЕРАПИЯ» .

6.4. Trigger zones

Infringement of function and structure of internal bodies results in occurrence on the certain limited skin areas, in muscles, sinews, zones of the broken painting, the sensitivity, the raised morbidity, sites of the condensation, changed electroresistance and other changes, not characteristic for a healthy organism and not found out on other and symmetrically located sites of a body. These pathological zones and points have been

named trigger (from English trigger - a latch, a trigger hook) [12].

Trigger zones (ТЗ) are conditionally subdivided on active and latent.

Active ТЗ come to light the doctor at interrogation and survey of the patient are local zones of the reflected morbidity and the increased sensitivity (the Appendix 1 fig. 9, 10). Latent ТЗ are determined in a mode "TEST" on a difference of parameters in tested points. At detection of latent trigger zones, them process in a mode "THERAPY"--«ТЕРАПИЯ» .

In the present instruction zones of influence which can be used for dynamic electroneurostimulation at some widespread painful conditions (the Appendix 1) are resulted. More detailed information is stated in the Manual on DENS-therapy*.
