PlacementFollow the steps described below for correct placement of the headband.
3 • Open completely the side
adjustment strips by pressing the (C) buttons that unblock the opening while extending the frame carefully.
• Also open the top strip adjustment zones (D).
4 • Position hair away from forehead
to ensure that the flat sensors touch the skin.
• Place the headband over the head perimeter. Firstly, position the frontal section, making sure the central mark (E) is aligned with the nose, and then slide the back part of the headband downwards, until it is situated at the most prominent zone of the perimeter.

Signal acquisition
8The software screen shows the EEG signal recorded by the device in real time.
The color of the sensors indicates the quality of the contact with the skin. Quality depends directly on the placement.

Signal acquisition
In the case good signals are not detected by some sensors:
Repeat until the sensors detect good signals:
A. Carefully move the mobile sensors (B) so that their pads slide through the hair and make contact with the scalp.
Wait for 10 seconds until the signal is stabilized.
B. If you notice that the sensors are not close to the head, slide each adjustment strip carefully to bring the sensors closer to the scalp and verify that the adjustment is uniform on both sides of the head.
Wait for 10 seconds until the signal is stabilized. .
A.
B.
If the issue persists, verify that the head perimeter of the participant fits the device (535-600mm).
