Presently there is very limited computerization across the state in Tahasil offices.
There is very limited or non-existent staff with IT know-how
There is lack of standardization of processes; and
The processes are primarily operated in a manual mode
Transforming complex age old pragmatic practices in to simpler
system, to achieve good governance by establishing proper and effective communication and trust between
