    retinal damage the ultraviolet rays can cause.Distal End CutterDistal end cutters are pliers used to cut and hold

    The accurate dental health may provide importantand valuable information for the dentist prior tobeginning

    treatment. All dentists should take health historiesinitially and update the same periodically as

    necessary. A health history form can address:

    health conditions or illnesses that may affect or beaffected by dental treatment;

    medications that a patient is currently taking thatwill have a potential drug interaction with the local

    anesthetic or other drugs the dentist may prescribethat may affect dental treatment or a patient's otherhealth condition(s); and reason a patient is seeking
