Luciferase activity in combined bone/bone marrow extracts versus PBS, 5 hours after DH STEMOGEN (AEW) administration

To evaluate the involvement of DH STEMOGEN in NF-kb pathway, NF-kB-luc reporter mice

have been chosen. In these mice luciferase expression is strictly driven upon NF-kb

activation in all organs and tissues. PBS has been used as the control. Combine

bone/bone marrow samples showed most prominent and robust NF-kB-driven luciferase

activation.

Thymus was the organ in which NF-kB-driven luciferase has the highest activity in

compare to other organs. DH STEMOGEN has confirm direct NF-kB activation pathway.
