DH CIMSCommon Interface GatewayChange Request Form (Deployment)

Notes:
Deployment request should be made 3 days for UAT and 5 days for
production in advance Source code of the deployment should be
committed to SVN before 5 p.m of the deployment date.
Deployment request will be arranged in first-come-first-serve
basis.
Deployment request should NOT be scheduled during office hours
(9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Deployment would be executed between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m from Monday
to Friday.
Deployment request after 8 p.m. is regarded as a special
request. CIMS infra team might consider such request case-by-case.
For the deployment to the Production Environment, side-by-side
deployment from the Contractor is required
