SettingTheScene1. ThedefendantisontrialforstealingamusicCDfromastoreintheMall.
2. Herearethefactsofthecase:

thesecurityalarmwentoffintheMusicStoreatthe
Mall.
The
defendant
was
asked
to
wait
until
all
bags
could
be
checked
for
stolen
items.
AmusicCDwasfoundinthedefendantsbagwhichhadnotbeenpaidfor.
ActualRolePlay1. TheJudgewillhearbothsidesofthecaseandthendecidewhetherthedefendantis
innocentorguilty.
2. Theprosecutionwillhave3minutestomakethecaseforaguiltydecision. Thenthe
