Our business is informing, aiding and helping to build business in the communities we serve.

What is Corporate Job Site Scraping?

Some employers maintain their own job sites on which they list open positions. These employers may want to advertise their jobs on the

newspapers site and The Job Network as well with minimum additional effort.

The Job Network technology simplifies this process by enabling employers to have their jobs posted on the newspaper site and through-

out The Job Network by automatically "scraping" copying them from the employer's web site. After the job is scraped from a corporate

web site site, it undergoes a "tuning" process which makes the ad searchable and matchable to candidate profiles on the newspaper site

and throughout The Job Network. The text of the job ad in whole or in part can be sent to print as well.

How does Corporate Job Site Scraping work?

After a short setup process,The Job Network will automatically and periodically scan the employers job web site for job postings.

Jobs that have been newly posted by the employer are copied, tuned and published on your newspapers job site. Jobs that have

expired (i.e. that no longer appear on the employer's web site) are detected and removed from the newspapers job site. The frequen-

cy of this integration process can vary depending on the employers requirements.

How is Corporate Job Site Scraping priced?

Employers pay a $500 one-time set-up fee for Corporate Job Site Scraping and a $35 fee per job copied (with a monthly minimum fee of

    $175).

    Online Employment Dashboard

What is the Online Employer Dashboard?

The Online Employer Dashboard is a password-protected web site that helps advertisers manage their job postings and candidate

    applications.

How does the Online Employer Dashboard work?

All jobs posted by advertisers are consolidated in their Online Employer Dashboard, where they can also review, track, and manage

    candidate job applications.

First-time job advertisers will receive an e-mail describing

the employer dashboard, and providing log-in information.

Advertisers will be invited to log-in to review their jobpostings, and to add optional screening or qualifying ques-

tions that can be presented to online applicants.

The Online Employer Dashboard presents employers with

a list of screened, graded and ranked candidates who have

    applied for their advertised jobs.

Employers can use their dashboard tools to communicate

with candidates, forward applications to appropriate staff

for review and track the entire hiring process.

How is the Online Employer Dashboard

    priced?

The Online Employer Dashboard is free to all job advertisers.

Related premium services such as Resume DatabaseMatching may involve additional charges.
