Detailed information on use and testing can be found in the set of rules and regulations of the DGUV (German Statutory Accident Insurance) 2014 as well as in the manufacturer’s instructions.

Reading-out of the transponder

RFID b Service-friendly frequencyz

We rely on the technology of a market leader and deliber-ately use transponders in the low-frequency range.The range 13.56 Mhz is extremely trouble-prone, or requires expensive technology for which no long-term sur-veys are available, especially for transponders embedded in metal. In addition there are signs of use such as mechanical stress, dusts, dirt, chippings and oils.

b Insensitive to dirt and scratchesOur transponders are can be read-out contact-free (1 – 2 cm) due to mature technology and are far less sensitive to the signs of use stated above. A clear advantage as regards reliability and durability.

b Flexible optionsThe combination of the transponder with a stamped plaque.For the majority of users, the readability of important data on a plaque is binding. Why not combine this with new technology? This offers you several flexible options and additionally saves you a substantial amount of money, because the stamped plaque has to be attached anyway.

Load test The load test for chain slings takes place with double the car-

rying capacity value. Mobile for chain slings up to 12 tonnes, hoists, straightening equipment and magnetic lifters up to 10 tonnes, stationary at the head officer in Memmingen up to 600 tonnes.

Magnetic crack test Even the smallest hairline cracks are made visible in the

magnetic field with fluorescent liquid and UV lighting and rec-ognised reliably by our test technicians (trained according to BS EN 9712).

Dye penetration test For materials with non-ferromagnetic properties

Function tests Professional determination of the proper lifting function,

freedom of movement of all parts, effectiveness of the safety devices as well as brake trial under load within the range of the rated load.

Revisions We are an authorised service partner for lowering devices, fall

protection devices and continuous winches.
