IT Service Management

Examination

When you have completed your training, you can gain a globally recognised certification with the DevOps Foundation Exam. An exam voucher is provided after the training course. The exam is online and web-proctored, so you can take it any place, any time.

Successfully passing (65%) the 60 minute exam, consisting of 40 multiple-choice questions, leads to the DevOps Foundation Certificate.

The certification is governed, administered and maintained by the DevOps Institute. The DevOps Foundation Certificate is a pre-requisite for other DevOps certifications.

DevOps Foundation Certification

Presented in association with the DevOps Institute (DOI), this two day course provides an introduction to DevOps – the cultural and professional movement that stresses communication, collaboration, integration and automation to improve the flow of work between software developers and IT operations professionals.

Improved workflows will result in an improved ability to design, develop, deploy and operate software and services faster.

A comprehensive and practical introduction to DevOps.

Pre-Requisites

There are no pre-requisites although familiarity with IT and IT service management is recommended
