ORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING WEDNESDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2015
The next Ordinary Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 18 November 2015 at the Council Chambers, Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie commencing at 5:30pm.
Residents are welcome to attend all Council Meetings. Business Papers are available for inspection during office hours at Council Offices and Libraries from Monday, 16 November 2015.
Alternatively, Business Papers are available from pmhc.nsw.gov.au/councilmeetings on Friday, 13 November 2015.
Addressing Council Meetings:
Residents can address Council on Agenda items or in the Public Forum for items not listed on the Agenda. You must complete the appropriate form to register your request to address Council. All requests to address Council must be received by Council no later than 4:30pm on the day prior to the Council meeting. Forms are available from:
> Request to Speak on an Agenda Item at a Council Meeting form at pmhc.nsw.gov.au/agenda
> Request to Speak in Public Forum at a Council Meeting form at pmhc.nsw.gov.au/publicforum
> Phone (02) 6581 8111 and a customer service assistant can complete the form over the phone with you
> Hard copies are available from any Council Customer Service Office in Port Macquarie, Laurieton and Wauchope
ENGAGING AND COMMUNICATING WITh OUR COMMUNITY PROGRAM
As part of its Engaging and Communicating With Our Community Program, Council will be holding a meeting at North Shore on Wednesday, 9 December 2015 in the North Shore RFS Station.
A meet and greet the Councillors afternoon tea will be held at 5.30pm with the meeting to commence at 6.00pm.
To lodge your question(s) please visit www.pmhc.nsw.gov.au/communitymeetings or contact Council on 6581 8111 to obtain the “Question for Engaging and Communicating With Our Community” form.
Questions are required to be lodged by 5.00pm on Wednesday, 2 December 2015.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE COUNTDOWN TO ChRISTMAS EVENT ThURSDAY 26 NOVEMBER 2015
Notice is hereby given in pursuant to the Roads Act 1993, that the Northern end of Horton Street (Town Green) will be closed from 5.30pm - 9.00pm Thursday, 26 November 2015.
The temporary road closure is to permit the Countdown to Christmas event which includes the lighting of the CBD Christmas Tree.
Horton Street between William and Clarence Streets will be temporarily closed from 5.30pm to permit the Mascot Race, Fun Runs and Street Parade and will be reopened once the parade progresses past Clarence Street.
The road closure will be sign posted to assist traffic detour and control.
