A residential development site in the popular Renfrewshire village of Bridge of Weir. The site is located within the village centre behind the existing commercial premises on Main Street and overlooks the picturesque banks of the River Gryffe. Detailed planning permission has been granted on this site for the erection of three, five bedroom detached dwelling houses of 2086 square feet. Planning permissions been granted under application number 17/0891/PP by Renfrewshire Council. Directions

From Glasgow proceed in a westerly direction on the M8 motorway network exiting the airport at junction 28A onto A737. Take second exit at Johnstone turning right at the lights continue to the roundabout turning left onto Bridge of Weir Road through the village of Brookfield. On entering Bridge of Weir continue on Main Street passing the Corum offices. The site can be accessed by turning right into Maxwell Place in the centre of the village at Bernies cafe to the rear of which follow the road to the right leading into the site which also has pedestrian access from a small lane adjacent to the bank of Scotland building.
