AREA I (part of Site 5)

Temp Use: Works area

Current Status: The area is being used by CEDD as works area for Wan Chai Development Phase II and by HyD as works area for Shatin to Central Link projects.

AREAS B&C (part of Site 3)

Temp Use: Works area

Current Status: A part is being used by HyD as Central Community Liaison Centre of Central-Wan Chai Bypass until mid-2017 and another part is being used by HyD as works area for extending the Citic Tower footbridge to Legislative Council Complex until end of 2016. Other areas are vacant.
