The Real Estate Debate Conference provides a significant opportunity to large players in the development industry to discuss their goals, business plans and demands, stretching from legislation required to stimulate activity to projections on real estate prices.

Participants will tackle several issues with major impacts on the industry’s activity, including the impact of foreign currency shortage and various government tenders (middle and low-income housing, construction land, etc..) Other key issues, which form major obstacles to the industry’s expansion, such as registration, state-sponsored competition and supply of utilities, will also be revisited.
