2015 – CSP’s• Aim to create a shared services system that the network of

sport & PA providers could access/update• Launched January 2015• November 2015: 18 SportSuite Clients (incl 1 NGB), 12

cPortals (2 pending).• Send monthly update newsletters to Team SportSuite • Created module user guides and have delivered 10 refresher

webinars since June.

2016 – NGB’s (and CSP’s!)

• More members of Team SportSuite!• Pilot with SnowSport England• Same modules, different terminology • NGB’s likely to want: Core, Newsletters, Activity Finder,

Reports, Widgets, Workforce, Funding and Forms• Less likely: Jobs & A-Z • Ownership of A-Z page including programmes, products,

campaigns and courses.

CoachMark• New national CoachMark standard• SportSuite does contain the verification methods required for

CoachMark• Level 2, First Aid, Safeguarding, 18 Years, Insurance & DBS • Ability for users to request to be CoachMarked by CSP• Ability for CSP to charge for service• Waiting on new CoachMark logo, and confirmation of type of

safeguarding courses accepted.

Courses• Events 2.0 (to be discussed later) will allow Clients to add

courses from a list of workshops and qualifications in our database.

• CoachMark will have certain qualifications accepted from this list.

• One central list will enable signposting of users to specific courses if their qualifications expire.

• List will be used by SportSuite Events and SportSuite Workforce

Module Developments• 3 Rotations x 35/40mins• Please provide development requests and constructive

suggestions to any problems posed• Please try to think ‘bigger’ than any specific CSP programmes,

think of ‘wider’ developments that can be tailored to suit local needs.

Prioritisation• Please place your gold, silver and bronze stars on EACH

module sheet to highlight your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for developments.
