(DC)
Planning stage where LTA will evaluate if the proposal is viable and can meet the expectations of LTA in road and traffic operations & safety.
This is the stage which has a significant impact on the overall layout design of the development.Generally, architect will submit the DC plan to LTAfor clearance.
Once the proposal is deemed acceptable to LTA, a DC clearance will be issued.
