Writing down the time that everything takes will help you recognize where you have some spare time in your life. Taking the time to recognize this is important when you want to squeeze in a good workout. You will only need about thirty minutes of spare time when you are trying to exercise on a consistent basis. Most people can find thirty minutes of spare time in their day to be sure that they are getting the workout that their body needs. As you are attempting to figure out how you are going to squeeze in a thirty minute workout you should start by cutting out something that you do not need in your day. There are many people that participate in activities that are not necessary. For example, you may find that you are watching an hour and a half of television a day. It may even be that when you get home from work you are sitting in front of the computer for entertainment for a few hours. Instead of doing those activities you may want to be exercising. When you cut an excessive activity from your schedule you can replace that activity by participating in some type of exercise to keep your body healthy.
