•Reconvene Mission and Vision Team and utilize the pyramid from June Simmons’s presentation•Conduct high level needs assessments of what contracting organizations are looking for, identifying the gaps and adapting service packages•Identify law firm with healthcare practice that might offer pro bono services to advice on NY state regulations required
