• Practice analyzing and revising samples from real
integrated course submissions.

What is an integrated course?Integrated courses blend the content and skills from both:
•academic “a-g” disciplines and
•Career Technical Education (CTE) sectors.

A successful integrated course includes:
•The vocabulary of both disciplines
•Authentic, logical integration
•Evidence of rigor

•The unit summary should describe the content and skills
students learn.
• This description should highlight the actual work of the
course; do not simply list content standards the course
aligns with.

Remember, you are looking for
