Luke 11:1 (NIV)

1 One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one

of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught

his disciples."

Luke 11:2-3 (NIV)

2 He said to them, "When you pray, say: "'Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. 3 Give us each

day our daily bread.

Luke 11:4 (NIV)

4 Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.

And lead us not into temptation.'"

Matthew 6:9-10 (NIV)

9 "This, then, is how you should pray: "'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, 10 your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in

heaven.

3. Hallow His name.

Ephesians 3:14-16 (NIV)14 For this reason I kneel before the

Father, 15 from whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its

name. 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with

power through his Spirit in your inner being,
