DESCRIPTION
This is an overview of a detailed course that I have developed as a result of 16 years of consulting with start-up and existing businesses as president of a full service ad agency and as an independent consultant. This method has worked for a variety of industries. In addition, I specifically applied it to my 6 years as Director of Marketing and VP/Chief Operating Officer with CellularOne of Upstate New York, a start-up company, where it was key in developing $15 million in annual revenues and an 865% return on investment for the shareholders after 6 years of operation.
