− The ISP is free to discuss technical issues because the OEM may face warranty claims

− Seven specialist Engineering Departments in house

− Accredited Inspection Body certified to perform statutory, end of warranty, lifetime extension inspections etc.

− “Basic Service” include technology and engineering support, e.g. major component replacement framework, technical standby, SCADA and IT support agreements
