AudioCodes 405HD with Jabra 710 Speaker Joining a Skype Meeting To utilize a Conference Room Phone at Hill Farms so it can join your Skype Meeting for audio, you MUST make your meeting a Skype Meeting. This can take up to 5 minutes to show on the phone after you have created the meeting. The Jabra speaker should already be connected to the phone through a USB cord (Figure 1). This charges the Jabra and connects it to the phone for calls. It takes over the mic and speaker for the phone. The buttons are backlit and only visible when the speakerphone is powered on (Figure 2). After 1 minute of inactivity the buttons will fade, and can be reactivated by tapping the area where the buttons are located. 1. On the conference room phone, press the Menu button and then select Calendar (Figure 3). 2. Verify that your meeting is the one showing and then select the soft key under Join (Figure 4). 3. You will now be joined to the meeting and will see a list of participants that have already joined (Figure 5). 4. If the Jabra is connected, the display will light up when the call is connected (Figure 6). 5. You can turn the volume up or down by tapping on the Plus or Minus sign on either side of the Jabra. 1. If you have joined the meeting and the Jabra has no lights, then hold the power button for a few seconds and the display will light up and the green Call and red Hang Up buttons light up as in Figure 6.

2. If nothing happens and/or the sound is not coming through the Jabra but it is coming through the speaker on the phone go to Menu --> Settings --> Answer Device. If it shows “Speaker” you must change it to “Headset” to use the Jabra. (Figure 9).

3. Press OK and move the highlight down to “Headset” and press the soft key button under the word Select and then press the one under Save (Figure 10).

4. Give the phone a few seconds and then start from 1 again.
