The Material 1 The subject material is Conveyor belts in 4 Rolls – 1600 mm Wide, NN, 1250/4, 5T/38, Grade M24. 2 Quantity – 840 m approx (4 Rolls) in length & 32 MT weight approximately. 3 Few Digital Pictures are enclosed. 4 Specification details enclosed Conditions of Sale 1 Salvage Disposal is being done on As-Is-Where-Is basis at: Wonder Cement R K Nagar Chittorgarh 2 Sealed offers should be submitted On As-Is-Where-Is Basis with all faults / defects of the Conveyor Belt by
the prospective buyers. 3 The offer is to be submitted in sealed cover indicating Clearly on Top of offer “Offer for Purchase of
Conveyor Belts, Reference # - M - 4453” on the address given below by way of Regd AD or By Hand dropping in Tender Box lying in our office for the purpose.
4 Quantity for submitting offers is to be considered as One complete unit (Four Rolls) in partially burnt condition on As-Is-Where-Is Basis, as per Photographs appended, please ensure condition of complete lot by way of your personal inspection at site & make your self well conversant with site conditions.
5 Approximate weight of Conveyor Belts is about 840 m, 32 MT & likely to alter + 10 % on either side, however the figure is indicative only & actual figure at the time of lifting & weighment / measurement would be considered as final.
6 In case of any disagreement on any issue a decision by us / our representative would be final & no arguments / representations would be considered without assigning any reason.
7 Offers received in sealed condition only will be considered. 8 The last date of receipt of offers is 31st July 2012 by way of Regd AD / By Hand dropping in tender box until
2:30 PM at: United Technical Services (Attention M S Sainani) 1, Vinayak Nagar, Bohra Ganesh Ji Main Road Udaipur – 313 002 (Rajasthan)
9 The offer must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit of Value not less then 10 % Value of the quoted price for Conveyor Belt by prospective buyers / bidders by way of Demand Draft favoring M/s Wonder Cement Ltd payable at Udaipur
10 The offer should be valid for 45 days. 11 VAT / Sales Tax & any other tax as / wherever applicable shall be borne by the successful offerer over &
above offer quoted. 12 All & every expenses at location / site including loading, dismantling, shifting etc. is to buyer’s account. Any
offer without requisite earnest money by way of Demand Draft will not be considered & will stand automatically rejected. The release Challan will be issued by our representatives / representatives of Insured or our nominated representative.
13 No interest is payable on Earnest Money deposit. 14 Full payment is to be made prior to dispatch by way of Demand Draft favoring M/s Wonder Cement Ltd
payable at Udaipur & a receipt is to be obtained as to full & final payment from the Insured / Insurers, this receipt is to be deposited to us for release of Earnest Money.

15 Earnest money will be refunded within two to four weeks of final dispatch after clearing all documents. 16 Any deduction of TDS / TCS or relevant tax deduction would be made by Insured / Insurers / Us & a
certificate would have to be coordinated directly with the selling agency who issues the invoice. 17 Terms & conditions of lifting material, payment etc. will be communicated to successful bidder within one to
two weeks of opening of offers & the material is to be lifted within 15 days of written communication to the successful bidder by way of Regd AD.
18 In case, successful bidder fails to respond to our communication within Ten days Insurers / undersigned (who ever is the seller) will have right to forfeit earnest money. Option of offering to next best bidder will be open to Insurers (Sellers) / Undersigned only.
19 Insurers / Sellers reserve their right to reject any or all the offers received, split the deal in partial lot / lots without assigning any reason whatsoever.
20 From the date of receipt of acceptance of the offer, the successful offerer must deposit, within Fifteen Days, the balance of the amount offered (90 %) in form of Demand Draft and arrange immediate removal of the goods at his own expenses, failing which revocation of the acceptance of his offer and forfeiture of the Earnest Money Deposit should be communicated in writing by Regd AD to the offerer concerned.
21 Sealed offers will be opened at 3:00 PM on 31st July 2012 at United Technical Services, 1 Vinayak Nagar, Bohra Ganesh Ji Main Road, Udaipur in presence of Insurer’s representatives.
22 Contact person for inspection at Wonder Cement, R K Nagar, Chittorgarh is Mr Anil Sharma, Stores In charge Cell # (0) 8003299685 or undersigned at 9414168144, please contact for fixing an appointment for inspection of the material if required from Mr Anil Sharma, Stores In charge, Wonder Cement under intimation to us.
23 Few Digital Photographs are also appended for immediate reference, it is advised to go through the equipment & site conditions completely, seek any clarification required, inspect the material for your satisfaction & quote in confidence.
24 Insurers & Undersigned reserves right to reject, accept any offer or cancel the disposal without assigning any reason whatsoever.
