Role & Responsibilities:

RF Head – Team Size 650 RF Engineers

− Mobile telecom Network Planning, Deployment, Installation, Optimization , operations & Maintenance − Build, Manage and Appraise RF teams to provide Core RF Telecom Engineering Solutions to all OEM Vendors in

India (Ericsson, NSN, ALU, Huawei, ZTE and others) − Responsible for Delivery of all RF Projects PAN India – P & L − Responsible for Radio Network design and planning of new site surveys from both the Coverage and Capacity

aspects. − Involved in Nominal Planning and Link Budgeting of 3G sites.

− Analysis of RCSP and Ec / O prediction plots for the towns planned for 3g rollout.

− Network dimensioning for coverage & capacity with Macro/Micro/PICO cell solutions. − Responsible for Frequency, BSIC, HSN and LAC Planning of Both Macro and Micro sites. Achievements:

• Had the privilege to manage & successfully implement 2nd EVDO deployment for Systama syam and

UNINAR • Managed and successfully implemented the project fulfilling all the client requirements well before the deadline. Domains/Technology Supported:

• Research - Completed one Defense project on “Extremely Low Frequency Emission Sensors” • Guided One Ph.D Candidate under research program of JNTU in the field of Electromagnetic Interference &

Compatibility. Work is in progress. Published more than 8 Research papers in the field of Electromagnetic Interference.
