SUMMARY: A sturdy (cat A) well built yacht that has a good performance both under sail or engine. Easily handled by two persons. Linear galley and an abundance of solid mahogany below. C’est Moi has been continually upgraded and maintained by fastidious owner. And is in exceptional condition. Accomodation: Two cabin, owners version. Mahogany woodwork all in very good condition. LED lighting fitted to all lights, except strip lights over galley. Additional “owner specified” matching handholds and strong post and instrument panel fitted. Teak and Holly strip effect on sole. Four outlet Eberspacher heating with timer controls and thermostat. Forepeak with large V berth, bedflex slats under, and memory foam topper. Two wardrobes with shelves, dressing seat. Storage under berth, under seat, shoe locker & shelf storage. Aft cabin with slats and air circulation matting, wardrobe and shelving. Access to engine via removable cover. Saloon, large wet area at bottom of companion way steps. Blue Alcantara faux suede cushions and matching curtains. Saloon table can be converted to double berth if required. U shaped seating and separate bench seat with useful stowage under. Navigation lights to pulpit and stern, steaming light, tri colour and anchor light to mast top (SOLAS approved LED low power unit fitted). 1000w electric anchor windlass in anchor locker, 35lb CQR with 45m chain with additional rode (stored in forepeak bag) to increase to 75m total. Single heads with separate shower area and seat. Locker and shelf storage. Port light with privacy film fitted. Two water tanks (140 and 180 litres) one bow one stern. 160 litre diesel tank. Sails and Spars: Z Spars deck stepped double spreader alloy mast, boom, spinnaker pole and rod kicker. Stainless steel wire standing rigging. Oversize Facnor furling gear (LS200) and backstay fitted with Seasure adjustable tensioner. Due to mast having been damaged 2012 when being stepped, the mast, all rigging wire, bottle screws, furling gear (excluding foil) all mast top equipment was replaced with new in 2012. Adjustable Lewmar genoa cars from cockpit. Mainsheet and genoa cars with recirculating ball system. All lines except third main reef are led back to cockpit. Lazy jack and stackpack system on boom.
