Description

After receiving the PAT/Takeover Notification, I have to coordinate with respective Regional Technical Manager/Communication Engineer & MC SV for Reconfirming the PAT/Takeover Schedule and providing a clear guidance regarding Witnessing the PAT or Conducting the Takeover Activity, and providing specific Templates to update the Equipment Inventory.

Assist in preparation and review of Field Inspection plans, templates and check lists based on approved STC Standards and specifications strictly comply with inspection procedures. Coordinate, communicate and enforce these procedures with all involved parties. Ensure all field acceptance work is performed according to agreed procedures with STC and Vendor.

I retrieve the inventory for U-2000(Huawei) TNMS (Siemens) EOMS (Alcatel Lucent) 1830 PSS and after compiling in excel form I do update the Inventory for DWDM/SDH Core network in our inventory data base.

I ensure Vendors perform PAT for minimum rejection rate on telecom part as well. Ensure Detasad database is accurately and immediately updated after PAT completion

Ensure Vendors submit all signed PAT document to Engineering department with no delays.

Conduct site inspection to assess and report any discrepancies and deviations Monitor the field inspection activities and verify that all activities are executed according to

agreed plans and procedures.

Ensure that the inspection outputs contain the requested information, and coordinate with the survey team to correct missing, incomplete, inconsistent or otherwise low-quality data

Prepare regular reports on inspection activities, progress status, and performance of PAT Inspection teams. Monitor quality of work performed.

I do update five types of data bases.

Site Database:-To add/modify any Site Information in the Network Network Element Database:-To add/modify Node and Equipment information, taken

over or Handed over in the Network Unit Inventory Database:-To add/modify Unit level information, taken over or handed

over In the Network Card Expansion Database:- To add/modify Card information, taken over or handed

over in the Network TFM STC data base: -To add/modify Node and Equipment information, taken over or

Handed over in the Network

Takeover Network Inventory from STC at start of the MS-T Project. Manage Network Inventory variations during the MS-T Project. Handover the Network Inventory back to STC, at the end of the MS-T Project and Close all Networks. Inventory Management issues before closure of MS-T Project.

Proper PAT follow up with field and collect the PAT Participants List and OIL Sheet, Inventory sheet, physical inspection sheet along with the other signing parties (Vendor & STC). Then forward the documents to Manager NV, along with scanned copies of PAT Cover.
