Joint HAIS‐SOCO‐CISIS‐ICEUTE International Conferences
2021
PROGRAMME
2
1. COVID‐19 mandatory health and safety measures
Due to the Covid pandemia all the education institutions in Basque Country must observe carefully the following measures, that are extended to all the participants in the academic acts, as HAIS ‐ SOCO ‐ CISIS ‐ ICEUTE 2021 conferences. In particular, these measures are:
‐ Participants should use homologated facemask continuously indoors.
‐ Participants should keep a security social distance. In particular, the available chairs of the rooms have been signalled with a blue round identification, in order to assure this distance during the sessions.
‐ It is also mandatory to use a frequent hand washing with alcoholic gel or similar.
‐ For the agile management of the sessions, the conferences propose that every participant clean its space around the laptop, with the disinfectant material that the University has arranged for this purpose. We thank your understanding.
‐ These security measures add the impossibility to offer coffee breaks standing on foot. The natural option in our case is the central coffee bar of the University.
3
2. General distribution of the University of Deusto Mainly, HAIS ‐ SOCO ‐ CISIS ‐ ICEUTE 2021 will take place in the PARANINFO CLOISTER, where the two main rooms of the conferences are located: PARANINFO and GÁRATE ROOM.
The lunch will be served at the CRAI LIBRARY of Deusto, in the other side of the Nervión river. One can use the ARRUPE runway across the river to reach there.
