This is to notify you that you are being detailed to unclassified duties in the WestLos Angeles Primary and Ambulatory Section, pending completion of aninvestigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct. The detail is effectiveMonday, June B, 2009 and will last for 60 days. The detail may be extended orterminated early, depending upon the needs of the organization.
Your job title, series, grade, step and pay will not be affected by this detail. Yqdrtour of duty during this detail will change to coincide with the operational hours ofthe Primary and Ambulatory Section. Your tour will be Monday through Friday,8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You were recently notified that you were being temporarily detailed tounclassified duties in the West Los Angeles Primary and Ambulatory Sectioneffective Monday, June 8, 2009. Until that detail begins you are being placed onauthorized leave. This means that effective immediately you are in off-dutystatus, but you will be paid and not charged any annual or sick leave during thistime.
While you are on authorized absence, you are not to enter any facility of theGreater Los Angeles Healthcare System without authorization, except as apatient for the purpose of examination or treatment of a medical condition.
