Madrid is the capital of Spain and the largest municipality in Spain. Madrid is the third-
largest city in the European Union after London and Berlin. Because of Madrid’s historical
character, the many cultural events and de pleasant atmosphere, it belongs to one of the
main destinations in Spain.
Even though Madrid is the capital of Spain, it feels a lot more intimate than other capitals.
All the neighbourhoods in Madrid have their own character so you will discover something
new on every corner and every square.

Hotel Orfila is a boutique hotel
whom has 32 rooms from what 12
are suites. It is the only hotel in
Madrid where every room is
different with regards to its
architecture and decoration. All
rooms have free Wi-Fi connection.
The furniture, all from the XIX
Century, has been brought directly
from different European countries.
Hotel Orfila offers a restaurant
called El Jardín de Orfila. Recently
Michelin-Star chef Mario Sandoval
took over the kitchen. The menu is
a gastronomic experience that
combines luxury with haute
cuisine.
The meeting rooms Tragaluz (with
dome-shaped glass roofs and
openings to the garden), the Tea
Room and the Terrace are perfect
places to hold business meetings,
receptions, lunches an dinners.
The Hotel Único is accommodated
within a 19th Century Mansion
situated in one of Madrid’s most
fashionable neighbourhood,
Salamanca, at the very heart of the
city. With 44 rooms and suites, a
private garden with lounge area, a
restaurant directed by Ramón
Freixa (awarded with two Michelin
Stars), function rooms, library and
a wellness and gymnasium the

MEMBIBRE
Membibre is a classic Madrid
restaurant located in the
neighbourhood of Chamberí.
Membibre has been around for
half a century, but the attention
wasn’t there until the son of the
former owners took over the
kitchen. The menu focusses on
small dishes that you can share.
They also offer a tasting menu
that vary depending on the
season.
The best kept secret of Hotel
Único is its garden. Free from
Madrid’s background hum with
an outdoor lounge it’s a great
location for an event. The
Garden offers space for up to
120 delegates.
GARDEN AT HOTEL ÚNICO
BOTÍN
Botín is officially the oldest
restaurant in the world
according to the Guiness Book
of Records, it was founded in
1725.
Apart from using the original
recipes, the restaurant also kept
the flame burning in the over
continuously, never to be
extinguished. The restaurant
and its specialty of cochinillo
asado (roast suckling pig) are
mentioned in the closing pages
of Ernest Hemmingway’s novel
The Sun Also Rises.
The venue can accommodate
up to 200 delegates and can be
hired exclusively for lunch from
Monday to Wednesday. There
is also a possibility to host a
wine-tasting for corporate
groups.

HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE OVER SEGOVIA
Segovia is a city in the autonomous region of Castile and León and is
famous for its Roman aqueduct and cathedral which is one of the last
Gothic temples to be built in Europe. From the hot air balloon
you will see all the beautiful Roman and Medieval buildings
In 1985 the old city of Segovia and its Aqueduct were declared World
Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
BIKING TOUR
During a biking tour in Madrid you will go on a historical journey and see
the all the city’s greatest sights.

PAELLA COOKING CLASS
Paella is a well known and typical Spanish dish and a must-try when in Spain. The cooking class start with a visit to the local market to buy all the fresh ingredients that goes in to the
paella. Back in the cooking school, the sangria will be prepared first. After that
the class will make an appetizer and later the paella. Everything will be
under the guidance of an experienced chef.
When everyone has finished cooking, it’s time to enjoy the food and sangria.
FLAMENCO DANCE CLASS
Flamenco is the most famous Spanish dance. The dance originated in the
18th century in Andalusia, a region in southern Spain.
During the Flamenco dance class you will first learn the simple basic
Flamenco steps and once you’ve got the basics, the teacher will build up the speed and get you twirling and stamping to the music in no time.

buildings and monuments. Toledo is also called the city of three cultures, because Christians, Arabs and Jews lived here together for many years.
There is a possibility to add a wine and tapas tasting to the trip to Toledo,
since Toledo as multiple great restaurants and bars.
From Madrid there goes a high-speed train to Toledo that will bring you there
in 30 minutes
