These simple but effective joint rotation exercises are easy for you to do whilst seated at your desk.
Benefits include:
Mobilising your joints after periods of inactivity

1. Rotate your ankle in one direction before circling the opposite way. 2. Repeat with your other ankle.

1. Rotate your leg from your knee joint in one direction before
circling the opposite way. 2. Repeat with your other knee.
1. Place your palms on your shoulders and circle in one direction. 2. Circle in the opposite direction.

1. Circle one way from your elbow joint. 2. Circle in the opposite direction.

Do a dance with your hands & wrists circling one way and the other way.

1. Inhale look straight ahead. 2. Exhale turn to look over your
shoulder. 3. Inhale back to centre.
4. Exhale look over your other shoulder. 4. Inhale back to centre. Repeat.
1. Inhale look straight ahead. 2. Exhale drop your right ear to
your right shoulder. 3. Inhale back to centre.
4. Exhale drop your left ear to your left shoulder.
5. Inhale back to centre. Repeat.

1. Inhale bring your palms together in front of your heart space. Exhale. 2. Inhale raise your arms over your head. 3. Exhale your arms out to the sides and rest. Repeat 3 times.
