HOW TO PREPARE FOR, AND MAKE THE MOST OF, YOUR SELECTION STUDIO APPOINTMENT

Our professionally decorated model homes are available around the DFW area and showcase many of the design options available in our Selection Studio. A tour of a model home is a great way to start your personal design process. You can get a better sense of what selections you’ll be making at the Selection Studio by walking through our model homes.

• Gather samples and inspiration: Photographs, Pinterest, magazines, throw pillows, fabric samples and paint samples canbe useful in your selection process.

• Browse a variety of photo galleries at www.AntaresHomes.com to help you find your style and get inspired.• Prior to your Selection Studio appointment, you will be invited to participate in the Antares Homebuyers Club

orientation meeting with our Warranty and Construction experts. This meeting will explain in detail what you canexpect during the building process, as well as an informative orientation of our warranty program. You will also get apreview of the Selection Studio, where our design professionals are available to give you a brief tour. You will be able toview your standard products, as well as the upgrade items that are available to you. Please know that pricing will not beavailable at this meeting.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR SELECTION STUDIO APPOINTMENT

• Your Selection Studio appointment will be guided by one of our professional Selection Studio Consultants. They willassist you with the personalization of both the inside and outside of your home.

• We reserve the entire day for you to complete your Selection Studio appointment. We understand this is a largepurchase, and want you to love your home, and feel comfortable with your decisions. We don’t want you to feel rushed.

• Our team of on-site design professionals is available to guide you through the selection process, making the processfluid and enjoyable.

• Most pricing is available and will be shared with you during your appointment. Please know that some personalizedoptions may require custom pricing.

• Your Selection Studio appointment will begin with the exterior selection options for your home. We will discuss brick,stone, exterior paint, your front door and even the exterior lighting!

• Next, the inside of your home will be discussed beginning with flooring (looking at the included and upgradeoptions), then moving into the kitchen. The main items we will focus on are the kitchen cabinets, granite countertops,backsplash, and appliances.

• The master bath will be the next item of discussion followed by the secondary bathroom(s). We will take a look at tileoptions, cabinets, and countertops.

• We will review options for plumbing finishes and lighting, as well as electrical details (cable and phone drops, accentlighting, and many items in between).

• We will document all discussed options along with pricing on your selection sheet, which you will review prior to anyfinal decisions.

• Your Selection Studio Consultant will assist you in finalizing your selections. You will sign off on your selections at theend of your appointment. As a reminder, a 25% deposit will be collected at the end of your appointment.
