universities,small and medium intellectual businesses,large industrial business, scientific and technological, industrial parks Kharkov (Ukraine) and Belgorod (Russia) regions, systems of suburban recreation areas in Kharkov region (Ukraine), customs and logistic centers with access to the international transport corridor "Europe - Western China", some other special-purpose organizations,the center of attraction and export promotion agency,technology transfer centre,external funds and investors,channels for access for EU and Russian scientific networks, exchanges & projects.
