The HULK SYSTEM ®

How the System WorksThe Hulk System® is a self-contained unit that is kept at the job site and connected to an available water source. The unit works by water action alone, no electrical connections are needed. The container of hyper-concentrate is placed beneath the dispenser on the stand and the supply hose is attached to the container. As water flows through the unit, the dispenser extracts the precise amount of hyper-concentrate into the mixing chamber where it combines with your water and dispenses through the discharge hose. The operator simply opens and closes a valve on the discharge hose to dispense. It’s that simple!

Regulatory ComplianceIf your facility uses chemical compounds, you are subject to significant regulatory statutes. Our staff goes the extra mile to ensure that the necessary documentation needed for industrial grade products are provided.

LabelingOSHA regulations require that all primary packaged products and most secondary work containers contain specific hazard communication information. Hulk System® labels contain all the information necessary to comply with prescribed regulations. Information provided includes: product description, product use directions, cautions and warnings, first aid information, N.F.P.A. symbol, and D.O.T. shipping information We will provide you with labels for your secondary containers to assure proper product safety and performance.

Material Safety Data SheetsAs a user of industrial grade chemicals, you must meet very specific requirements of OSHA’s hazardous communication standard. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are a big part of this requirement. When you order your Hulk System® containers, you will receive the MSDS documents required for compliance. In addition, when we change or update the MSDS you will receive the new version with your next order.
