Installed right across the globe, Altro Aquarius™ offers lifetime sustained slip resistance of 15 years. At 2mm thick, it achieves a pendulum test value of PTV ≥50 and Class B to DIN51097 for barefoot use. environments. It’s a 2mm safety floor that

has been extensively tested on a variety of

shoe types to ensure top performance in a

host of environments – bathrooms, changing

areas, hospital wards. Anywhere you can

expect a wet and dry floor environment.

It’s also easy to clean, with Altro Easyclean

Maxis PUR technology™, meaning it’s at the

forefront of safety floor cleaning.

The elderly and infirm in particular need to feel secure underfoot and can worry about the risk of slipping and possible injuries. Altro Aquarius™ lacks studs which can feel uncomfortable to those, who for a variety of reasons, may be more sensitive to floor surfaces. Altro Aquarius therefore feel smoother than a traditional studded floor but still boasts a reassuring grip to allay the fears of slipping, making it highly beneficial to locations where occupational therapists work.
