Enhancements to RFIs (E)We made four helpful additions to the RFI (Request for Information) details. You can now number each RFI, making it easy for you to identify. There’s also a new Notes field allowing you to write detailed notes related to the matter but not worry that this will be included in the RFI report. Next, we added a new Status field so you can easily identify which RFIs are Open or Closed. Finally, we added a handy Days Due field to easily identify how many days are left before you have an RFI scheduled to be returned or be notified that an RFI is past due.
