HOW DO I PAY FOR ONBOARD PURCHASES?All Celebrity ships operate on a ‘cashless’ system priced in US Dollars. Simply validate your Celebrity SeaPass® account with a credit card at the cruise check-in desk or during online check-in, then use your SeaPass card to sign all onboard purchases to your account. At the end of your cruise you’ll receive an itemised statement to settle using your credit card, cash or both.

WHAT ARE ONBOARD TIPS/GRATUITIES?It’s customary to extend tips to our onboard staff who work so hard to provide great service to you. After booking your cruise, you’ve just a few things left to do,

all of which can be done by visiting our Sign In section online

at celebritycruises.com.

Of course, some things are better done sooner. To secure

your first choice of shore excursions, spa treatments or a

table in a speciality restaurant, it’s essential to book early

places do go fast. But why not also add one of our convenient

beverage or speciality dining packages, even a gift — those

little extras that make your holiday even more special.

GET READY TO SAIL.

1. PROVIDE YOUR PASSPORT DETAILSBefore you travel, you’ll need to provide passport details for yourself and anyone travelling with you. We’ll need the following details for everyone in your party, so make sure you have them to hand:

• Passport number • Country of issue • Passport expiry date • Full name (as it appears on the passport, including middle name) • Gender • Date of birth

• Nationality

2. CHECK-IN ONLINETo speed up the boarding process, we strongly recommend you check in for your cruise online. You can do this anytime, from the day you book until three days before departure, although we advise you do it as soon as possible after booking. You should allow about 15–20 minutes for the entire process, and you’ll need your passport details to hand. The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on our website includes a help guide for online check in.

3. BOOK SHORE EXCURSIONSShore excursions are a great way to explore our fascinating ports of call, or try out new activities. They do fill up fast though, so we recommend you book early to avoid missing out. When you log in to Check In, you’ll find plenty of useful information about the ports you’ll be visiting and the excursions on offer, so do make sure you take a look. Shore excursions are usually available for booking from five months before your cruise. Once within 5 days of sailing, you’ll only be able to book onboard, so we suggest pre booking in order to confirm the tours you want to do. For more information about shore excursions please turn to page 22.

4. BOOK ADD-ONS If you’re celebrating a special occasion on board, or just fancy a treat, you’ll be spoiled for choice. 5. PRINT YOUR CRUISE DOCUMENTSBring along your signed Xpress Pass to board the ship. You might also want to print off your Guest Ticket Booklet (e-doc), which contains all your booking details and any Hotel/Transfer vouchers that you have booked with Celebrity. The e-doc is available to print when your final balance has been cleared (at earliest, 45 days before sailing). Online check-in must be completed before you can print your Xpress Pass.
