With over 15 years of experience in the

Dubai Real Estate market; Imran has

achieved over 5 Billion dirhams in Real

Estate Sales and has built and led several

successful Sales & Marketing teams with

the ultimate objective to generate revenue

for the company. He has been responsible

for overseeing strategic direction and

heading the Business Development,

Sales and Marketing departments of

industry leading developers.

In his free time, you can find Imran at the

park playing cricket with his children.

With more than 30 years of international

experience in the real estate development

and construction industry, Colin has

designed and led the execution of

developments in Canada, USA, Indonesia,

Malaysia, China, Singapore and the UAE.

He has also taught architectural design

at the University of British Columbia and

lectured at the Singapore Institute of

Architects and the Urban Redevelopment

Authority of Singapore.

In his free time, you can find Colin either

travelling, or planning his next destination.

As Director of Operations, Salam has

handled fit-out and interior project

contracting from conception to completion,

within the business, government and

private sectors. Armed with 20 years

of experience in the local market, and a

plethora of versatile projects under his

belt, he strives to implement sustainable

fit-out building practices, aiming to reduce

impact on the environment.

In his free time, you can find Salam

cruising down the highway in his Harley.

Zarak has over 18 years of international

experience in real estate design and

development , including commercial,

residential, mixed-use, historical

restoration and hospitality projects.

He has successfully led projects from

product identification to hand- over and

formed collaborative relationships with JV

partners, consultants and contractors in

the United States, East Africa, UAE and

the surrounding region.

In his free time, you can find Zarak on the

cycle track, or a desert hiking adventure.

William has 14 years of international

experience in design development,

spanning from mixed-use development

to hospitality, healthcare and judiciary

projects. As a project manager, he has

led teams of designers through all phases

of the project, in countries such as the

United States, Mexico, India, China, and

the UAE. Previously, as an Architect at

HOK, he won first place in the Zhengzhou

China design competition.

In his free time, you can find William in

close proximity to a spicy food restaurant.
