RENTAL HISTORY 6 monthsofcontinuous,positiveverifiablerentalhistory.Therentalhistorymustbefromanindependent3rdpartysourcewheretheprospectiveapplicantwasaleasesignerandresponsiblepartytothetermsofthelease.

Applicant(s)mustnothaveanylocalevictionswithinthelasttwoyearsasdeterminedbylookingupApplicant(s)namesinthefollowinglocaljurisdictions:
