Short description of the tour operationsDaily riverside tour (from 1st May t31st October)

Meeting spot: Beginning of Knez Mihailova Street Your arrival time: 13:30hStart time: 14h Inform by phone the responsible manager how many people you have so he-she can prepare bikes. If you have more than 10 guests, let the manager know they should call a back up guide.Walk to Brace Krsmanovica

Take bike and head towards bike elevator. The tour goes by SIV, Hotel YU to Zemun.

Option A: Break @ Radecki* (Last bar in Zemun). You pay for the drinks on the spot. Take the bill and give it to the manager with money at the end of the tour.Continue the tour towards Ada Lake through new Belgrade. In New Belgrade you take the Yellow boat. If the boats are not working you can go over the New Bridge. (You will be informed in advanced if there is a problem with boats)

Option B: Na kraj sveta*- you take the guests in to this bar in summer time. Before ordering drinks say you are a group, because you do not pay, but only put your signature on the bill.

Call the manager who is responsible at least 20 minutes before you arrive back, let them know where you are and that you are heading back.

Say your goodbyes to the guests, charge them 17 eur / 2000 rsd per person, fill in the financial form and hand it over t o the manager with the rest of the money. *You only go to one of these two bars!

Private toursYou meet the group in front of the shop. Come at least 20 min earlier if it is a big group to help with the bikes.

There are different private tours:

One person or smaller group: You do the tour by yourself

More than 10 people: there will be 2 guides: one main-guide, one back up

It can be cioty-center tour or Riverside tour. Or a customized tour, if people want to visit a certain place, or have a special interest. Sometimes the two tours are combined into one. Price for a private tour is 17 euro / 2000 rsd per person, plus 17 Euro / 2000 rsd for the group. So 4 people pay 4 + 1 = 5 x 17 Euro. 23 people pay 23 + 1 = 24 x 17 Euro.Cruiser guestsAlways start around 14h

Always come to Brace Krsmanovic at least 45 min earlier because the bikes and helmets need to be taken to the riverside. You will work in pairs of 2 guides per 5 to 10 ppl.

The tour goes from in front of the cruiser to Galeb in Zemun where you have break and drinks, and then you return near the river, all the way on the cycling path. You do not have to pay in Galeb, the manager will pay all the bills once a week. Make sure that everybody orders just ONE drink. Payment of cruise-ship tours:

There are two cruise-ship companies we work with, UniWorld and Viking cruises. The tours are the same for both companies, but the payments at the end are different:

UniWorld: The guests pay to the cruise-company, so you do not receive any money from them.

Viking Cruises: The guests pay in cash to the guide at the end of the tour. The price is 25 Euro / 30 Dollar / 3500 Rsd. They normally also give tips. You share all the tips with your colleague.

After everbody paid you get the bikes back to the shop. Give the form and the money to the manager.
