Heart rate LEDs
The heart rate LEDs will be unlit if there isno heart rate signal. If there is a heart ratesignal theLEDswill lightup,and if theagehas been entered when programming theexerciseoriftheexercisehasbeenstoredontheTGSkey,theLEDswillalllightupandtheLEDcorrespondingtotheuser’s theoreticalmaximumheartratewillblink.
Thefirst twoLEDs,colouredorange,signalaheart rate less than�0%of the theoreticalmaximumheartrate;thefourcentralLEDs,colouredgreen,signalvaluesbetween�0%and90%;thetworedLEDssignalaheartrategreaterthan90%.ThegraphforselectingtheworkoutheartrateisshownintheMonitoring the heart ratesectionintheUserManual.

The arc of LEDs lights up from left to rightin time with the workout, until the set goalis reached. The LED corresponding to thecurrenttime/distance/caloriesportionblinks.
Thetypeofgoalselectedislitupinthearcduringtheexercise.
The numerical value for the selected goalincreases.
Thekeys,enabledafteragoalisselected,areforincreasingordecreasingtheselectedgoalvalueduringtheexercise.Dependingonthetypeofgoal,thevalueincreasesordecreasesinstepsof�minute,0.�kmor�0calorieseachtimethekeyispressed,orfasterifthekeyishelddown.

Air Force PRT test
You need to wear the chest band to perform the Air Force PRT test.The test includes a 2 minute warm up at 50 watt; then the load increases to raise the user’s heart rate above 125 beats per minute. The load increase varies according to the user’s age, gender and level of fitness:
Press the number key 1 to confirm; press the number key 2 if on the other hand you don’t do cardiovascular workouts at least 3 times per week.
The aim of the test is to maintain the heart rate above 125 beats per minute for 6 minutes at constant power. Every 2 minutes, if the heart rate has not reached the value necessary for the test, the power is increased; the 6 minutes required to calculate the results start from the last load increase.
