Description- Pucks in all 4 corners; players in opposite corners; two coaches in other corners (can have a Defenceman in place of

the coaches)- Player starts out skating forward with puck, goes around tight circle and take LOW shot

on net (shooting low towards short or far sides)…no dekes…no high shots…stick should be on outside (i.e. playerswho shoot left will have to use backhand shot based on layout in diagram)

- After shot, player skates over to board and pivots keeping eye on coach; coach passes to player (use pylons 1 & 2 as guides) then breaks down the ice and shoots on goalie at opposite end

- Next player starts when player coming from opposite end has taken his shotProgressionsA – Can have D setup on Red line and do 1-v-1s after player has received pass from coachObjectives - Puck control skating forward- Pivots keeping eye on puck- Pass reception
