Also, children who are learning English do not necessarily have a learning disability.

The learners will empathize with people who have a learning disabilities.

The learners will view an image with poor figure ground distinctions to gain understanding of how people with LDs feel.

The learners will increase their knowledge about LDs when they hear stories and see pictures of famous people who have LDs.

The learners will become aware of unfair characterizations/bias toward persons with LDs.
