EMILIA CLARKE, famous for her role as the silver-haired mother of dragons, Dae-nerys Targaryen, in “Game of Thrones,” will be done with the series after its eighth and fi nal season.

“I mean, I have no doubt there’ll be pre-quels and sequels and who knows what else,” she told Rolling Stone in a recent interview. “But I am doing one more season. And then that’ll be it.”

However, there’s no need to mourn the loss of Clarke just yet; the seventh season of “Game of Thrones” is just about to premiere, and the fi nal season of “Game of Thrones” has yet to be fi lmed. Clarke has also been cast in the much anticipated Han Solo prequel that is currently shoot-ing — so rest assured we will be seeing a lot of her over the next couple of years.

how she’ll feel once “Game of Thrones” has ended.

“There’s going to be a shake-up of my identity, I think,” Clarke said about the series coming to an end. “And I feel like I’m only going to understand what the last seven years has been when we stop.”

Perhaps, once Clarke has taken a break from fi lming “Game of Thrones” after working on the series for over seven years, she’ll be up for reprising her role as Khaleesi. If they can bring Jon Snow back from the dead, surely they can think of a way to bring back the mother of dragons, should Clarke be interested.

Season seven of “Game of Thrones” premieres July 16.

KATY PERRY has been criticized after telling her dog to “go chase some koalas” in an advert for an Australian department store chain.

The singer is in the country to promote her tour next year and has launched a series of online promotions with Myer.

The company says it’s working to remove the “offensive comments” after criticism from a leading vet.

“This is just absolute ignorance from Perry and Myer,” Claire Mad-denis who is in the running to be the next Bondi Vet, a factual show on Network Ten in Australia told the Courier-Mail newspaper.

“Perry is a role model to so many young people, and this just destroys all the good work we do to try to encourage people not to let their dogs come into contact with koalas.”

The RSPCA in Queensland says around 110 koalas are attacked and killed by dogs each year in the state. (SD-Agencies)

STARS of hit South Korean drama “Descendants of the Sun,” Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo, are set to get married Oct. 31, the actors’ agencies said in a state-ment Tuesday.

“Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo will be holding a wedding ceremony on the fi nal day of October, 2017,” Blossom Entertainment and United Artists Agency said. “A marriage is not only a private matter but also a meet-ing between two families, so it was a delicate situation in many ways.

“There was no choice but to be cau-tious prior to marriage, and so we are at last conveying this message. We ask

for everyone’s understanding.“We ask for you to send the couple best

wishes for their beautiful future together, and the two actors will be conveying the news to their fans separately. Thank you.”

U.S. YouTube star and online actress Stevie Ryan has died aged 33.

An L.A. County Coroner’s report says that she killed herself Satur-day.

Ryan became well known for her parodies of famous people like Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga and had her own show, Stevie TV, on music chan-nel VH1. That was canceled after two series but some of her YouTube videos, which included characters like Little Loca and Sceney Sceneable, racked up millions of hits online.

She’d battled with depression and her fi nal tweet was a tribute to her grandfather, who died recently.

Fellow YouTubers have been

paying tribute to her. In an interview with Culture Brats in 2012, Ryan said she was sometimes shocked about how nasty people could be on social media.

She said she created her character La Loca after receiving abuse for her early videos. “You can be the most talented person in the world and you put anything on the internet and all you’re going to get is hateful responses.” (SD-Agencies)
