An introduction to clinical skin care, this facial treatment includes a full

skin analysis and is tailored to the client’s skin’s specific needs. It is a

recommended starting point for all our clinical facials to prepare the skin

for highly therapeutic skin care products. This is an ideal facial if you are

unsure what the client needs or where to start.

MAKEUP REMOVAL: Remove makeup with Eye Make-up Remover. If necessary, apply Pre-

Cleanser to remove foundation or waterproof mascara. Wipe off with warm towels or

cotton/sponges.

PRE-CLEANSE: Apply Pre-Cleanser or Sebuprep to the face, neck and chest. Massage for 2

minutes. Apply Clay Masque over pre-cleanser of choice and massage with steam for 5 – 7 minutes.

CLEANSE: Apply Cleansing Milk or Cleansing Gel. Remove with warm towels or cotton/sponges.

EXTRACTIONS: Perform if necessary.

TONE: Apply Alpha Toner Mild or Alpha Toner Forte with cotton to face, neck and chest.

TREATMENT: Apply small amount of Treatment Gel to face and neck.

MASQUE: Apply either Clay Masque or Sebumasque. Leave on for 5 minutes. Fill out prescription

brochures. Remove with warm towels or cotton/sponges.

CLEANSE: Soak hands in warm water and a small amount of Cleansing Gel.

While one hand is soaking, remove polish, trim and shape nails. Repeat process

with the other hand.

TREATMENT: Dry hands and apply Alpha Gel or Intense C-Peel. Leave on for 5

minutes, Remove with a warm towel. You may perform cuticle work at this time.

VITAMINIZE: Massage a small amount of DermaLac Lotion to the arms and

hands. Massage a small amount of Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil into the hands and

arms. Cover with heated mitts or warm towels for 5 -

10 minutes.

FINISH/PROTECT: Remove mitts or towels, massage in excess products. Apply

Environ Sunscreen SPF 25 (am) to exposed area.

POLISH: Remove oils from nails and polish as usual.

Vitaminizing Pedicure 50 Minute Treatment Feet take a lot of abuse and are often neglected. This treatment will help reduce calluses,

rough and cracked heels, and dry skin.

CLEANSE: Fill pedicure tub with warm water and one pump of Cleansing Gel. Have client

soak for 5 minutes. Remove and dry.

TREATMENT: Apply Alpha Gel to feet and leave on for 5 minutes. During this time trim and

shape toenails and push back cuticles as usual. Rinse and remove Alpha Gel and use foot

file if necessary and rinse again. Dry feet and legs.

VITAMINIZE: Massage DermaLac Lotion from the knees down to the toes. Massage a

small amount of Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil. Cover with heated boots or warm towels.

Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes.

FINISH/PROTECT: Remove boots or towels, massage in excess products. Apply Environ

Sunscreen SPF 25 (am) to exposed areas.

POLISH: Remove oils from nails and polish as usual.

Age Management Body Treatment without

MASQUE: Prepare Alginate Masque. Apply onto the décolletage, hands and forearms.

Move to legs. Gently bend client’s knees and repeat Pre-cleanse, Cleanse, Treatment and

Vitaminize steps on one leg at a time. Be sure to get the backs of the legs and the buttocks at this

time. NO Alginate Masque on legs. Remove Alginate Masque from décolletage and arms and

massage in excess products.

Turn client over onto stomach. Pre-cleanse, Cleanse, Treatment and Vitaminize steps on the back.

Prepare Alginate Masque and apply to the upper back. Once mask is set, cover back with sheet

and keep the client warm. Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes. Fill out prescription forms. Remove

Age Management Body Treatment with

use of shower 50 Minute Treatment

More than a luxurious application of body lotion, this treatment will begin

to address the visible signs of photo-damage, aging and lax skin. After a

gentle cleansing, an application of lactic acid is applied to assist in

product absorption, then a blend of Vitamin A, C and E, and additional

antioxidants are massaged into the skin. For those areas that are

particularly vulnerable to sun damage, an additional masque is applied

to enhance the product effectiveness.

CLEANSE: Start shower. Provide client with Cleansing Gel and wash cloth to use in the shower. While

client is showering change bed linens.

TREATMENT: Have client lie on his/her back. Apply a small amount DermaLac Lotion to the front

upper body – décolletage, hands and arms.

VITAMINIZE: Mix a small amount of Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil and massage over the areas to be

treated.


Move to legs. Gently bend client’s knees and repeat Treatment and Vitaminize steps on one leg at a

time. Be sure to get the backs of the legs and the buttocks at this time. NO Alginate Masque on legs.

Remove Alginate Masque from décolletage and arms and massage in excess products.

Turn client over onto stomach. Treatment and Vitaminize steps on the back. Prepare Alginate Masque

and apply to the upper back. Once mask is set, cover back with sheet and keep the client warm.

Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes. Fill out prescription forms. Remove Alginate Masque and massage in

excess products.

Body Contour Treatment 50 Minute Treatment

A luxurious and powerful treatment that smoothes the look of skin

texture and helps to improve the appearance of cellulite.

Botanical oils and clay, infused with minerals, vitamins, and fine

grains of kaolin, combine to cleanse, exfoliate, and soften the skin.

Firm massage and absorption of a body sculpturing gel will help to

firm, condition, and smooth out the appearance of uneven look of

dimpled “orange peel” skin and cellulite.

For best results, a series of 4 treatments plus home care is

recommended.

PRE-CLEANSE: Start with client lying face down. Massage Pre-Cleanser to the thighs and/or upper arms.

Apply Clay Masque over pre-cleanser and massage each area for 1-2 minutes. Repeat on any other

affected areas.

CLEANSE: Mix a small amount of Cleansing Gel with water and remove pre-cleanser with warm towels.

TREATMENT: Apply Body Profile to entire affected areas. Massage vigorously on the thighs and arms (and

other areas) toward the heart, for 2 minutes. This massage should stimulate and increase blood flow to the

targeted areas. Turn client to be lying face up. Repeat above steps to affected areas of thighs, arms,

abdomen (and other affected areas). Massage as above to thighs and arms. Massage abdomen in a

clockwise manner.

PENETRATION: Wrap entire affected areas with clear plastic wrap and allow product to penetrate for 10

minutes. Keep client covered with sheet or blanket to stay warm. Insert Optional Hand and Arm Treatment. Fill

out prescription brochure. Remove wraps and apply DermaLac Lotion to treated areas. Apply a small amount

of Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil and massage into treated areas.

PROTECTION: Apply Environ Sunscreen SPF 25 (am) to exposed areas.

PEEL: Apply a thin layer of peel solution (TCA 2.5% or TCA 5%) leave on 2 – 5 minutes depending

on the skin condition. Remove with wet sponges. Neutralize the area with Neutralising Cleanser.

Remove neutralizer.

VITAMINIZE: Massage Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil over the area.


Move to legs. Gently bend client’s knees and repeat Pre-cleanse, Cleanse, Treatment and

Apply a dime size amount of Clay Masque on top of the Pre-Cleanser and gently massage

into the facial area for approximately 2 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly with tepid water.
