Onboard for 3 years & worked for 3 Commanding Officers:
Lax culture• Lots of time off, meeting expectations of our Regional
Commander, low expectations
• Just over a year to retirement
• Keep off the radar, head down, zero job satisfaction
• Wife just embarked upon first deployment (7 months)
Bottom Line: I had mentally checked out … LHF-ING!

• Show first followers respect; “Power 4” focus.
• Let them know we are listening
• Got through our swamps (coaching) and help others
